Our mission is special and there isn’t a day that passes that we don’t realize how lucky we are to know, love and care for the extraordinary people in our mountain community.
We provide award-winning care in a vast and sprawling region that includes remote and difficult-to-reach homes. It is our honor to travel to these homes, know the people who built their lives in the mountains that surround us, and provide them with care, love and dignity as they face their greatest challenges. Simply put, we believe the patients and families who turn to us for help deserve extraordinary care.
