A huge thank you to everyone that joined us virtually Friday night, February 26, 2021 and donated to Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice and Camp Comfort. Your generosity helps us provide compassionate and experienced care to patients and their families throughout our mountain communities.
Moments of Caring
While the evening was a time for us to come together (virtually) and celebrate Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice with our party in a box, it was also a time for us all to reflect on the significance of the work we do and the impact it has on the lives of those we serve. Nothing speaks better to that than the Moments of Caring shared by members of the Mount Evans family throughout the evening.

Susan Stearns: A Legacy of Giving
With heartfelt appreciation and gratitude, and so, so much love, we paid tribute to longtime community supporter and honorary Board Member of Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice, Susan Stearns.
Susan, a local philanthropist, lived her life dedicated to service and was an inspiration to all who met her. Her loss will be felt deeply by Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice and the surrounding communities.
We were honored to have taken care of her in her time of greatest need, and she asked that we share her story from the patient perspective.
Susan shares an intimate look inside her hospice care.
The community pays tribute to Susan.
