How Camp Comfort Helps Heal Heartbreak

Every child who loses a loved one carries inside them a story desperate to be told. At Camp Comfort, they can tell it. We are pleased to share Brandon Heeley’s story below. It’s a story of how Camp Comfort helps heal heartbreak.

Mount Everest Base Camp Trek in Support of Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice

Three Genesee business owners and friends—Davis Linden of Edward Jones, Matt Smith of Genesee Pub & BBQ, and Robert Grevious of Precision Training—will be making the climb to Mount Everest Base Camp this September. The group will use the trip to raise funds to support Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice. Mount Evans brings home health care and hospice care into homes throughout our foothill and mountain communities to care for people during life’s most challenging moments.

Mount Evans Means Comfort

“Having access to Mount Evans in our home is invaluable,” states Celia Feinstein of Conifer. “Yeah, it’s invaluable,” echos Randy Jackson, “To me, Mount Evans means comfort. There are people that have no inkling that this exists or that it’s next door.”
