The 2026 Seasons of Our Mountains Calendar are on sale now! Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice and the Evergreen Camera Club have teamed together to bring you the Seasons of Our Mountains Calendar. The calendar features stunning photos by local photographers of the nature, scenery, and wildlife in Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice’s four-county service area—the mountain communities of Clear Creek, Gilpin, Jefferson, & Park counties.
Your support of the Seasons of Our Mountains 2026 Calendar will help Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice provide love, compassion, care, and comfort to mountain residents along their healthcare journey. The proceeds help us provide the highest quality home health care, hospice care, and emotional support for those who are grieving, caregiving, or adjusting to an illness or injury.
Calendars can be purchased online or in person at Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice or at retail stores throughout our mountain community (see locations below).

The Mount Evans Seasons of Our Mountains Calendar is a gift that gives all year long. It features stunning images by local photographers that represent all of the things we love about our beautiful Colorado mountain communities.

Proceeds from all Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice holiday gifts will support in-home medical, hospice, and support services for residents in the mountain communities of Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Park counties, regardless of their ability to pay.
Calendars will also be available for sale at Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice (3081 Bergen Peak Drive, Evergreen) and other local area retailers.
