Position Open – Marketing and Communications Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, creative leader to be responsible for all marketing and communications of the Agency. This position leads the Agency through development, implementation, and execution of strategic and operational components of the marketing and communications program, in conjunction with the President and CEO.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
— Develops and executes an integrated marketing communications plan, promoting brand identity, generating imaginative solutions, producing excellent print and electronic communication materials and digital advertisements.
— Work closely with the Director of Resource Development to create fundraising and communication strategies.
— Establishes internal communication strategy to support company culture and communication needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
— Strong knowledge of PR strategies and processes, multimedia production across multiple platforms (including video), advertising, digital and social media.
— Create and monitor content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
— Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, annual report, fundraising appeals, event collateral, newsletters, advertorials, advertisements, blog posts and provider outreach materials.
— Knowledge of budgeting and managing department finances.
— Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Google AdWords and display campaigns.
— Maintain, update, and manage the website via WordPress. Experience with Elementor preferred or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years communications and graphic design experience with progressive responsibility.
