Position Open -Bookkeeper/Database
Mount Evans is looking for a bookkeeper/database administrator. This position entails monthly financial statement preparation, monthly bank account reconciliation, donor database reporting, assistance with bi-weekly payroll, and entry of bi-weekly payroll, by department and class, into Quickbooks, among other duties assigned. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position, Monday through Friday.
Associate’s Degree (Required)
- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
- Quickbooks: 3 years (Required)
- Donor Perfect software: 3 years (Preferred)
- MS Office Suite Applications: 3 years (Required)
